WE ARE LINCOLN!
At Lincoln, EVERYONE is family! We provide students with a safe, caring environment where all learning styles are welcomed. We foster life-long learning through superior teaching and social activities. At Lincoln, WE R.O.A.R.!
Principal Yadira Gomez-Munoz and Assistant Principal Amanda Williams are proud to announce that Lincoln is now in its second year of implementing R.I.S.E. (Reaching Independence through Structured Environments). R.I.S.E. services students with low incidence disabilities such as: Visual Impairment, Blindness, Deaf/Blind, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Severe Cognitive Disorder and Multiple Disabilities. The program currently has 9 students with an individualized program and a paraprofessional to support them throughout the day. We are extremely excited that this program has expanded this school year and has been an asset to our school community. This program created the opportunity for our students with diverse needs to achieve academically and cultivate relationships with grade-level peers, and opportunities for teachers to create learning communities that value and support all students.
