Lincoln Lions R.O.A.R.

We teach ROAR: Be Respectful, On Time, Aware, and Responsible during the different parts of the day (arrival/dismissal, hallways, bathrooms, classrooms, cafeteria, recess, gym). We have two PBIS Assemblies and PBIS Booster Assemblies throughout the year.

Our PBIS committee is made up of teachers AND students who collaborate regularly to make Lincoln School a great place to be! Students are also responsible for making bi-weekly announcements about the Cool Tools that help every student ROAR! Each week Ms. Green, our behavior interventionist,  Ms. Abraham and Ms. Davis, our school social workers visit classrooms to teach students the importance of social-emotional learning and provide each of them with tools to manage emotions, positively engage with peers, and make good choices.

Students receive Lion Bucks for modeling PBIS behavior. They can use Lion Bucks to buy things, monthly, in our school store. Whole classrooms can earn Lion Paws for showing their ROAR in common areas of the school (hallways, lunchroom, recess, specials, etc.). Grade level classrooms with the most Lion Paws each month win their choice of a classroom prize and an out of uniform day!

We recite the Lincoln Lion Pledge daily to remind our students to ROAR with pride!
